1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Only orders made through the official Teeneeds Wears website are eligible for return/refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process:

  1. Email us at [email protected] or submit a request via our Contact page.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

  3. Send the item along with your RA number and original invoice to the following return address: Soan Garden, Islamabad, Pakistan

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.

3. Refund & Exchange Terms

  • Refunds: After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Exchanges: If the requested size/color is in stock, we’ll ship it at no extra charge.

  • Store Credit: If refund/exchange isn’t possible, we may issue store credit for future purchases.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

    • If the error was ours (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover the full refund including shipping cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Products bought under clearance, limited-time offers, or as part of “final sale” are non-returnable.

  • Accessories & Custom Items: These are non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.

6. International Orders

  • For customers outside Pakistan:

    • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

    • If the item is defective, we will also refund your shipping cost.
